Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page will be completed with full legal wording before live card payments. The summary below already matches how we operate bookings.

Guest cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the deposit.

Weather: If we cancel because conditions are unsafe, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that tour date, or a free reschedule to another available date.

Changes: Contact us as early as possible if you need to change dates; we will help subject to availability.
